The kitchen counter top pail works great in the kitchen to temporarily hold your scraps so you don’t have to go out to your composter every day. The pail holds 9.6 US Quarts and is 8.5" x 9" x 11" tall. This pail includes a carbon filter and weights just over 1 pound.

The Compost thermometer is a great way to gauge how well your compost is doing. The easy-to-ready dial tells you if your pile is doing well or if it needs a little help. The 20” stem reaches deep into your pile for accurate readings and is made of stainless steel that will hold up for years. The 1.75 inch dial is easy to read and features a plastic no fog lens.

Our Compost Book is a quick easy read which helps you better understand what’s going on in your compost bin and how to make the most of your composter. With 32 pages of helpful composting hints and dozens of illustrations and useful charts you will find composting is easy and a joy to do. Compost starter is a great way to introduce helpful bacteria to your compost. This 1 ounce bottle is also called compost accelerator. It covers 180 gallons of material. The natural bio activator contained in this bottle jump-starts your newly added material, like leaves, grass and kitchen scraps. Easy to use instructions are on the bottle.

Bio Bags are also included which go into the kitchen counter top pail to hold your kitchen scraps. These bags aren't made from plastic. Instead, they are produced with natural materials that will break down in your composter. Just open your composter and throw it in. 25 bags are included in this kit. The bags are 3 gallon and will break down in 10 to 45 days depending on conditions.
